近年輔助療法在國內日漸興起,園藝治療亦由多處機構開課認證,但培訓形式各異,未必對應所需。故本研究旨在透過國內外各地文獻之歸納與對本領域專家學者之訪談建構臺灣園藝治療師專業能力指標,進一步分析相關指標之權重,以供相關從業人員參考。研究方式透過修正式德爾菲法,與專家學者篩選出適切之專業能力指標,最後透過層次分析法取得專業能力指標的權重值。研究結果顯示臺灣園藝治療師專業能力指標分為五大範疇:園藝與園藝治療知能、人類發展需求、治療服務程序、專業服務管理、專業道德倫理與態度,及其下含之17個構面與75項能力指標。範疇權重值由高至低為:專業道德倫理與態度、園藝與園藝治療知能、專業服務管理、人類發展需求、治療服務程序。研究結果可提供現行園藝治療從業人員進行自我能力檢核之基準,以及相關認證培訓課程內容發展之指引。
Based on the intervention trend of complementary therapy in Taiwan, a variety of certificate authority accreditations seek to cultivate relative talents. However, current training courses may not meet the needs of trainees. As a result, the purpose of the study was to construct indicators of professional competence for Taiwanese horticultural therapists. Initially, we conducted a literature review and then invited experts to discuss the draft of the professional competencies of horticultural therapists in Taiwan. We then constructed a questionnaire to identify appropriate indicators by the modified Delphi Method. At the same time, an analytic hierarchy process was undertaken to determine the level of importance of the indicators. This research found that the final framework consisted of five dimensions: (A) Horticulture and horticultural therapy; (B) Demands of human development; (C) Process of therapeutic service; (D) Professional service management; (E) Professional ethics and attitude. This framework comprised 17 constructs and 75 indicators. In terms of importance weighting, the five dimensions in descending order were (E) Professional ethics and attitude, (A) Horticulture and horticultural therapy, (D) Professional service management, (B) Demands of human development, and (C) Process of therapeutic service. The results offered a tool for therapists wishing to conduct self-assessment, as well as guidance for the relevant certification training courses.
