The Aesthetics Experience Sources of Tourists in Personal Interpretations at “Daxi Wood Art Eco Museum”

摘要

「美感經驗」是遊客體驗價值架構之一,然而關於遊客「美感經驗」的研究不多。本研究旨在探討遊客參加木博館人員解說行程中的美感經驗可能來源之蒐集與分析。本研究深度訪談30位受訪者,訪談內容經過嚴謹的內容分析可歸納出遊客參加木博館人員解說行程中的三個「美感經驗」來源構面:觀光資源、社會環境以及旅遊經濟。(1)觀光資源構面:包含「人造資源」與「自然資源」;(2)社會環境構面:包含「人物」與「活動」;(3)旅遊經濟構面:包含旅遊大溪之交通、飲食、住宿、購物等相關的服務。研究結果可供各旅遊目的地資源作最有效率的配置,並提供人員解說相關策略之參考。研究者亦提出相關管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。

Aesthetic experience is one of the tourist experiential value scales.
However, there is limited research on the aesthetic experience of tourists. The
purpose of this study is to explore the aesthetic experience sources of tourists. Indepth
interviews with 30 respondents were conducted. Through content analysis,
the author extracted three aesthetic experience source dimensions. The tourism
resource dimension included “artificial resources” and “natural resources”. The
social environment dimension involved “people” and “activity”. The tourism
economy dimension contained “access”, “food and drink”, “accommodation”,
and “shopping” services. The findings have key managerial implications for
personal interpretation strategies and exploring the development of tourism
resources. Practical implications and future research directions are also proposed.
