家庭支持與阻礙協商對身心障礙照顧者 持續性休閒涉入之影響分析
Analysis of the Relationships among the Family Support, Constraints Negotiation, and Enduring Leisure Involvement of Disability Caregivers

【摘要】
鑑於身心障礙照顧者相關休閒領域之研究並未受到重視，本研究
乃建構身心障礙照顧者家庭支持、阻礙協商、持續性休閒涉入之休閒行為
理論模式。依據文獻回顧，發展具有信效度的問卷為研究工具進行研究，
以身心障礙學生的家庭照顧者為研究對象，共蒐集418份有效問卷。實證分
析顯示，本研究資料與模式有良好的適配度，身心障礙照顧者之家庭支持
顯著的直接及正向的影響阻礙協商、持續性休閒涉入，阻礙協商顯著的直
接及正向影響持續性休閒涉入，且阻礙協商在家庭支持與持續性休閒涉入
間扮演部分中介角色。本研究的實證分析，有效的建構了身心障礙照顧者
的家庭支持、阻礙協商、持續性休閒涉入理論行為模式，進一步提出管理
意涵、與未來研究方向的建議。
In view of disability caregivers have received relatively little
attention in leisure related context, this study examined the relationships among
the family support, constraints negotiation, and enduring leisure involvement
of disability caregivers. Based on the literature review, a research instrument
with acceptable reliability and validity was used to collect the data from family
caregivers whose handicapped children are receiving special education services
in schools. Totals of 418 usable questionnaires were obtained between December
2018 and February 2019. Empirical analysis elucidated an acceptable fit of the
structural model. Family support for disability caregivers directly and positively
affects constraints negotiation and enduring leisure involvement. Constraints
negotiation directly affects enduring leisure involvement and has a partial
mediation effect between family support and enduring leisure involvement.
Our theoretical models shed light on contribute to efforts to understand leisure
behavior of caregivers among family support, constraints negotiation, and
enduring leisure involvement. Finally, managerial implications and future
research directions are suggested.
