Satisfaction with Trip Experience, Life Satisfaction, and Re-Visit Intention in Older Adults: A Wellness Tourism Perspective

Abstract

本研究探討高齡者參與安康旅遊之感知愉悅、溫泉旅館環境、新產品優勢對高齡者安康旅遊之滿意度,並以旅遊滿意度作為中介變數,了解對高齡者生活滿意度及重遊意願之影響,最後深入分析生活滿意度對高齡者重遊意願的影響效果。本研究以參與溫泉旅遊的高齡者為研究對象,利用問卷調查方式,蒐集236份有效樣本;本研究建立高齡者安康旅遊重遊意願的研究模型,透過偏最小平方迴歸法進行假說檢定。研究結果顯示:高齡者旅客對溫泉安康旅遊的感知愉悅、溫泉旅館環境與新產品優勢對高齡者旅遊滿意具有顯著影響;旅遊滿意度對生活滿意度及重遊意願具顯著影響;最後,生活滿意度對重遊意願有顯著影響。

The research goals of this study were to investigate how the perceived enjoyment, the travel environment, and the new product advantage affected intention to revisit via satisfaction. In this study, 236 valid samples were collected via questionnaire survey. The model and the hypotheses were tested using a partial least squares regression approach. The results showed that perceived enjoyment, the environment at a hot spring hotel, and the new product advantage had significant effects on the satisfaction of older adults. Satisfaction with the trip experience also had a significant impact on life satisfaction and intention to revisit. Finally, satisfaction had a significant impact on intention to revisit.
